Court grants Koo Fori GH₵320k bail with sureties over alleged $50k fraud case

Koo Fori Granted Bail in Fraud Case

Veteran Ghanaian actor Seth Kwabena Kyere Karikari, known as Koo Fori, has been granted bail. The Dansoman Circuit Court set his bail at GH₵320,000 with sureties. This decision came after his court appearance on May 12, 2025.

Footage of Koo Fori arriving at the court circulated on social media. Reports indicate that he is accused of defrauding a US-based Ghanaian of $50,000. Koo Fori pleaded not guilty to these charges.

Additionally, the court rescinded a bench warrant for his arrest.
