'Don’t forget to add GHAMRO to the list of Institutions to probe' – Edem to Mahama

Musician Edem has called on President-elect John Dramani Mahama to include the Ghana Music Rights Organization (GHAMRO) in the NDC’s Operation Recover All Loots (ORAL) initiative.

This initiative, part of Mahama's 120-day social contract, aims to combat corruption and enhance accountability.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Edem emphasized his support for Mahama’s vision and volunteered to join a pro bono committee to reform the creative sector.

He also suggested industry figures like Seven, Mark Darlington, and C-Real as collaborators.

Edem’s appeal has sparked mixed reactions, with some backing his push for transparency, while others question the practicality of investigating GHAMRO.
