John Dumelo Checks Traffic Lights at Okponglo Junction on Quad Bike

Actor-turned-politician John Dumelo recently updated Ghanaians about traffic lights at Okponglo Junction. He shared a video on Instagram while riding a quad bike. The video showed him checking the newly fixed traffic lights.

On March 10, 2025, Dumelo posted an update about the long-defunct traffic lights. He rode his quad bike to assess their functionality. In the video, he expressed pride in the restored lights.

"The traffic lights at Okponglo junction have finally been restored," he wrote. He thanked residents for their patience during the outage and apologized for any inconvenience caused.

Dumelo emphasized his commitment to serving his constituency. The restoration followed months of concerns over safety risks and congestion at this busy intersection.
