Every child needs freedom – Nana Tornado speaks on strict parenting

Nana Tornado has shared his views on strict parenting. He recalled his own experiences growing up.

The actor and socialite noted that many children feel suffocated by controlling parents. This often leads them to seek independence early.

“Every child needs freedom, whether good or bad,” he said. He spoke on the RBC podcast, monitored by MyNewsGh. He emphasized that children develop better when given space to grow.

He mentioned that some kids feel relieved when their strict fathers are away. “Some kids are genuinely happy when their father is out of the house,” he said. He added that it’s similar with strict mothers.

Tornado believes giving children room to explore helps them become independent thinkers.
