Focus on personal growth, not love - Katanka CEO advises youth

Kwadwo Safo Jnr, CEO of the Kantanka Group, has advised young people to avoid romantic relationships during the early stages of their lives.

Speaking on the *Konnected Minds* podcast, he emphasized prioritizing personal and financial growth over distractions.

“If I would tell the youth anything, it’s this: don’t get yourself involved in love at the start of your life,” he said.

Safo Jnr explained that many young people, especially those from humble beginnings, start life at a disadvantage, which he referred to as a "minus zone."

He urged the youth to avoid behaviors and relationships that drain their resources and energy, encouraging them to focus instead on activities that contribute positively to their development.

“Add things that build you, not take from you,” he concluded.
