GWR: Ghanaian actress set to embark on 5-day bake-a-thon

Ghanaian actress Gifty Kodia is set to break the Guinness World Record for the longest baking marathon.

From November 25-30, 2024, she will bake for 120 hours at Legon Mall, far surpassing the current 47-hour record set by Irish chef Alan Fisher in 2023.

Gifty applied for the attempt in November 2023 and received approval mid-2024.

This event showcases her dedication to baking and aims to spotlight Ghana on the global culinary stage.
