Ghanaian musician King Paluta suspects foul play in the 26th TGMA Artist of the Year category. He expressed his concerns on X, criticizing social media influencers. He accused them of taking money from musicians to boost their chances.

On April 2, 2025, King Paluta shared that a former supporter had changed sides. This influencer had previously backed him but now claimed he didn’t deserve the award.
