Gunshot shouldn’t have publilcy humiliated Strika – Kwaku Manu

Actor Kwaku Manu has addressed the conflict between Strika, star of Beasts of No Nation, and his caretaker, Gunshot, from Ras Nene's camp. Gunshot accused Strika of theft, leading to the young actor being banished from his care.

A viral video showed Gunshot publicly reprimanding Strika, citing repeated misconduct.

Kwaku Manu criticized Gunshot's handling of the situation, especially sharing Strika’s videos online.

He suggested Gunshot should have returned Strika to his family in Accra, adding that as a caretaker, Gunshot remains accountable for the boy’s welfare.

Strika had been integrating into Kumawood before these accusations arose.
