Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts, and Culture, Mark Okraku-Mantey, has urged Ghanaians to utilize media to promote the country's tourism.
Speaking on Daybreak Hitz with Andy Dosty, he emphasized the power of media in showcasing Ghana’s culture, landscapes, and heritage, especially post-pandemic.
He called on citizens to actively share positive narratives and experiences about Ghana through posts, shares, and conversations, highlighting individual contributions to the country's global appeal.
Okraku-Mantey stressed that leveraging creative arts and partnerships with the private sector can position Ghana as a top travel destination.
He urged a shift in mindset, encouraging collective responsibility to enhance the nation’s image and boost tourism growth.
