Nigerian singer Ruger shared a testimony about his spiritual experience at the Celestial Church of Christ in Lagos, where he attended this year’s crossover service after missing the last two years.

Ruger prioritized the service over a scheduled performance, feeling an emotional breakthrough and shedding tears for the first time in four years.

He expressed gratitude to God, the congregation, and the church leadership for their impact on his life and career.

Ruger, whose career began in 2021 under Jonzing World Record, recently launched his own label, Blown Boy Entertainment.

He has won notable awards, including the AFRIMA Best Newcomer Award in 2021 and the Best New Artiste award at the 2023 Soundcity MVP Awards.
