Miss Malaika Ghana 2024, Lucille Naakwaley King, has dismissed claims that beauty queens are pimped by wealthy men.

Speaking on Joy Prime’s Changes show, she emphasized her independence and reliance on God, stating she doesn’t need financial support from men.

A committed Christian, Lucille believes in staying true to her values and trusts in God’s plans.

She advised aspiring beauty queens to be financially prepared, confident in their identity, and spiritually grounded before pursuing pageantry.

Lucille, who won the crown on November 16, credited her victory to her outstanding performances during the competition.
