Nollywood star Ini Edo has opened up about her emotional journey to motherhood during a recent episode of *Young, Famous & African*. The 42-year-old actress shared that she experienced six miscarriages before becoming a mother through surrogacy.

“I got married at 26, thinking I’d be done with childbearing by 31, but life didn’t work out that way,” she revealed. Despite trying various methods, including IVF, the actress faced repeated heartbreak.

“Surrogacy wasn’t a fancy way out for me; it was the path I chose after all I endured as a woman,” Ini added.
