I knew it was fake – Stonebwoy on Shatta Wale’s 2019 peace effort

Stonebwoy has questioned the authenticity of his 2019 peace agreement with Shatta Wale, accusing Shatta and his team of having ulterior motives.

Speaking on Angel FM before his Legacy Nite performance in Kumasi on December 29, 2024, Stonebwoy claimed the peace process was insincere and staged for public show.

Despite doubts and enduring years of public insults, he participated for the sake of fans and national unity.

Stonebwoy also clarified that the concept for the 2020 Asaase Sound Clash was his idea, disputing claims by Shatta Wale and emphasizing that Asaase Radio joined later to support.
