I’m not cheating again – Davido declares

Nigerian music icon David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has declared a new chapter in his personal life, vowing to remain faithful and avoid cheating.

Speaking on the Breakfast Club podcast, the multiple award-winning artist reflected on the challenges he has faced and how past experiences, including his upbringing around polygamy, have shaped his decision.

“My uncle’s a governor with two wives, and another uncle had all his wives living under the same roof—but there was still drama. I don’t want wahala,” Davido said candidly.

Admitting to fathering five children with four women, he emphasized that those experiences taught him valuable lessons. “I’m not cheating again. I just want peace,” he added, signaling a desire for stability and maturity.
