I’m saddened by the lack of streetlights on Ghana’s roads at night – Kuami Eugene

Ghanaian Highlife singer Kuami Eugene has urged drivers to exercise caution during the Christmas season due to the lack of streetlights on Ghanaian roads.

Speaking on Property FM in Cape Coast, he emphasized the importance of checking vehicle lights before night driving, noting the dangers posed by poor visibility.

Reflecting on his own accident earlier this year, he described the situation as "very sad" and warned drivers about the risks of over-speeding, urging passengers to speak up for safety.

He stressed the need for vigilance, stating, "We all want to see 2025," and encouraged responsible driving during the festive period.
