'I never left the stage' – Fameye on London show mishap

Fameye has denied reports that he walked off stage during a concert in London at the Dominion Centre.

A viral video shows him confronting the DJ for playing the wrong songs during his performance.

While he admitted frustration with the DJ, Fameye clarified in an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM that he never left the stage.

He explained that he simply approached the DJ when things weren't going well, but finished his set, thanking the audience for their support.

Fameye also mentioned the limited 10-minute performance slot due to the event running behind schedule.


Despite the issues, he praised the DJ for handling multiple artists at the event.

Fameye acknowledged the DJ's possible exhaustion, given the heavy workload.

DJ Chos's management responded, explaining that Fameye and the DJ had only brief rehearsals, and conflicting instructions from Fameye’s team led to confusion during the performance.

DJ Chos followed last-minute changes, including playing songs not in the agreed playlist.

The DJ’s management noted that other artists like Kelvyn Boy and Kweku Flick performed smoothly with DJ Chos.
