Kanye admitted, “I didn’t want to have children with this person after the first two months.” He added that it wasn’t God’s plan.

Kanye is particularly concerned about North’s presence in entertainment. He criticized her involvement in FKA Twigs’ music video for "Childlike Things." In contrast, Kim supports North’s artistic talents publicly.
