I shouldn’t have taken help from a woman – Big Akwes tells a story of regret

Ghanaian Kumawood actor Big Akwes has expressed regret for accepting help from a woman who supported him during a life-threatening illness.

The woman bought his medication and paid for his medical expenses during his financial struggles.

However, after his recovery, she spread false claims, suggesting she was the sole reason for his survival.

Big Akwes confronted her, and when he asked if she wanted reimbursement, she declined.

He now regrets accepting her help and stated he would rather face death than accept assistance that would later damage his reputation.
