Peter shared his feelings on Instagram. He responded to claims made by Jude’s lawyer in court. The lawyer alleged that Peter lied to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) about their royalty dispute. Peter was clearly upset and posted a strong message.

He wrote, “Their publicist is trying to make me look like a liar. I am not May D or Cynthia Morgan; I am Peter Okoye, the one and only rock of the Okoyes. The truth shall prevail. Are you thieves or not?”

Peter also reflected on past events that led to this situation. He mentioned trying to be the bigger person during their 2021 reunion. He said this approach led to manipulation and regret.

“After watching everything about Mohbad’s death, I decided never again to play the bigger person,” he stated. “That’s what caused this madness.”

In another post, he suggested he was used during the November 2021 reunion. Now, he plans to let the courts handle things.

“I will wait for the right time to share what really happened,” he said. “Family doesn’t steal from family. Are you thieves or not?”
