Ibrahim Mahama Announces Dormitory Project for Tamale Senior High School

Ibrahim Mahama has announced a new project for his alma mater, Tamale Senior High School. He plans to fund the construction of a 3,000-bed dormitory.

In a TikTok video, he shared this news during an event. The event was organized by the 2001 year batch of Holy Child Senior High School. Ibrahim attended with friends and former classmates.

He noted that his school needs significant renovations. Attendees applauded when he made the dormitory announcement.

Mahama highlighted challenges faced by Tamale Senior High School. He mentioned that administrators struggle to find funds for student meals.

During his visits, the headmaster often tells him about financial difficulties. Sometimes, students may have to go home due to these issues.

Ibrahim Mahama frequently buys foodstuffs at the marketplace. He donates these items to the school whenever he visits.

Over the years, he has made generous contributions to his former school. In November 2024, he donated a brand-new 35-seater bus.

This donation was made on behalf of Mahama by his aide, Rafik Mahama. In 2022, he also financed a 550-bed dormitory for Tamale Senior High School.

Recently, Ibrahim Mahama supported Adwenepahene's family at a funeral in Germany. He donated GH¢87,755 through political commentator Appiah Stadium.

Many Ghanaians praised him for this generous act on social media.
