Gospel singer Esther Smith has shared her thoughts on the dark side of the gospel music industry. She revealed some shocking experiences she claims to have faced.
Her comments follow a recent revelation by fellow musician Cwesi Oteng. He alleged that some colleagues took his album to a cemetery to sabotage it spiritually.
In response, Esther confirmed that such acts are common in the industry. She noted that being genuine can attract battles from unseen forces.
"Hmmm this industry. If you are genuine, they will fight you," she wrote. "That is why the Bible says we should pray without ceasing."
Esther believes strange occurrences and evil manipulations are widespread in gospel music. She thinks constant prayer is essential for protection against these spiritual attacks.
"There are many evil things around us," she said. "If you pray hard, you can see them without needing a prophet."
She also mentioned how deeply rooted these attacks can be. They may affect relationships, finances, and health.
"It’s long time ooo," she pointed out. "They can work through your relationship or finances."
Esther offered encouragement to those facing similar challenges. "Sorry my dear, keep praying," she advised.
"God will come through for you if you are genuinely called."
She added, "If I told you what I went through, you'd feel sorry for me."
"The industry is pure evil. Sad!!!! Pray," she concluded.
