'If you insult me again, I will curse you' – Prophet Opambuor warns Vim Lady

Ghanaian prophet Ebenezer Opambour Yiadom, known as Prophet 1, issued a stern warning to journalist Afia Pokua (Vim Lady) after she called him “shallow-minded” in response to his comments about the Ghana Card.

Opambour, who had questioned the card's purpose during a service attended by former President Mahama, threatened to place an irreversible curse on Vim Lady and her unborn children if she insulted him again.

The incident has sparked a debate about the role of religious leaders in public discourse and the appropriateness of such threats.

Opambour also gave Vim Lady a Sunday deadline to stop commenting about him.
