Ghanaian broadcaster Kofi Okyere-Darko (KOD) plans to release an eclectic music album before turning 50.
Speaking on Joy Prime’s Changes show, he revealed his lifelong passion for music and his role in nurturing talents in the industry.
Though he believes his singing voice isn’t strong, music producer Kwame Yeboah is encouraging him to create the album, which will encompass various Ghanaian genres like highlife and gospel.
KOD emphasized the importance of versatility in music, urging artists to explore multiple genres for broader success, citing examples like Samini and Sarkodie.
At 46, KOD has four years to achieve this milestone and is determined to deliver a unique project that reflects his musical journey and diversity.
