Kanye West confesses he didn’t want kids with Kim Kardashian

Kanye West recently spoke about his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, in an interview with DJ Akademiks. The 47-year-old rapper admitted it was “his fault” for choosing Kardashian. He said, “That was my fault. No, that was my fault.”

West revealed he didn’t want children with Kardashian early in their relationship. He stated, “I didn’t want to have children with this person after the first two months. But that wasn’t God’s plan.”

He also discussed his ongoing conflict with Kardashian. This includes her attempt to block the song “Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine.” The song features their daughter North and Sean “Diddy” Combs.

West realized he didn’t own his children's names and likenesses when North was included in the song. He expressed frustration about not having equal rights regarding his kids’ celebrity status.

Previously, West shared screenshots of a disagreement with Kardashian over North's involvement in the song. In their text exchange, Kardashian mentioned asking for permission to trademark North’s name.

She wrote, “You said yes. When she’s 18, it goes to her.” She added that she sent paperwork to protect North from being in the Diddy song.

West responded by demanding that Kardashian amend her actions. His messages warned, “Amend it or I’m going to war.” He concluded by saying neither would recover from the public fallout and added, “You’re going to have to kill me.”
