West also stated he has been denied access to his children. He mentioned he hasn’t seen his son Saint this year.

However, it was soon revealed that the cease and desist letter was a hoax. West's representative confirmed the letter was fraudulent.

His team took to social media to denounce the story as false. TMZ, which initially reported the incident, later corrected its article about the fabricated claim.

In response, sources close to Kim Kardashian dismissed these allegations. They emphasized she has never restricted Kanye's access to their children.

They explained that West rarely requests to see them. When he does ask, he is granted time with them.
