Khadiyah “KD” Lewis, known from Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta, has died at 44.
Her family confirmed her passing. They are currently overwhelmed with grief. KD was admired for her reality TV presence and sharp mind. Her death leaves a significant void for loved ones and fans.
Her younger brother, Jamaal “Jay” Lewis, described this time as emotionally devastating. He thanked everyone who offered prayers and support.
Another brother, Elijah Inegbedion, shared a heartfelt tribute on social media. He expressed disbelief and heartbreak over her sudden loss.
“Been at a loss for words for some days now,” he wrote. “Thank you for loving me the way you did.”
Many recognized Khadiyah from her role with rapper Yung Joc on TV. However, her influence went beyond reality shows.
She was a successful real estate broker and tax consultant. KD also worked as a speaker and businesswoman to uplift others.
Through her ventures, she became a symbol of resilience and success.
Plans are in place to honor her life. A memorial service will be held via Zoom. A funeral is scheduled in Oklahoma City.
