King Promise to sponsor PRO Tilly's master’s degree programme

King Promise has announced he will sponsor a master's degree for Tilly Akua Nipaa. She is his Public Relations Officer for the Telecel Ghana Music Awards campaign.

He made this announcement during an interview on Accra FM on May 13, 2025.

"I like Tilly. She did a great job," he said. "I spoke to my managers about her master's program. I want to pay for it because she contributed significantly."

Tilly was appointed to handle King Promise's publicity before the awards ceremony. She implemented several campaign strategies to promote him.

King Promise won the prestigious Artiste of the Year award at the TGMA. He competed against Stonebwoy, Joe Mettle, Black Sheriff, King Paluta, Team Eternity, and Kwaku Smoke.

In addition to Artiste of the Year, he also won Afropop Song of the Year with 'Paris.' He received Best Afrobeats/Afropop Artiste of the Year and Album of the Year for 'True to Self' at the 26th Telecel Ghana Music Awards.

Tilly Akua Nipaa (Matilda Mensah Marfo) is a well-known media personality in Ghana. She is recognized as an entertainment broadcaster and panelist on major shows.

She holds degrees in Psychology, English, and Theatre Arts from the University of Ghana. Tilly has established herself as a fluent and intelligent voice in Ghana's media landscape.

Her expertise in new media has made her influential online. She runs her podcast called T Means Talkative Podcast.
