Kwaku Manu visits Kwadee in rehab, gets emotional as he talks to his carer

Kwaku Manu Visits Okomfour Kwadee in Rehab

Ghanaian actor Kwaku Manu recently visited hiplife icon Okomfour Kwadee. Kwadee is currently in rehab again due to ongoing mental health issues. Videos of him looking frail have surfaced online, raising concerns among fans.

During his visit, Kwaku spoke with the rehab's founder, Lydia Abena Manu. She shared that Kwadee had previously been admitted to her facility. Kwaku has been following Kwadee's journey closely.

He recalled meeting Kwadee during his first stay at the facility. "I remember my first time here when you were at Kwamo," he said. He noted that after leaving rehab, Kwadee seemed to improve and even performed again.

Lydia expressed sadness about seeing Kwadee back in this state. "It's sorrowful to facilitate a patient’s recovery only to see them relapse," she said.

Okomfour Kwadee was a major star in Ghana during the early 2000s. His debut album featured hits like "Kwaadee" and "Ataa Adwoa." Many successful artists today cite him as an inspiration.

Kwaku shared a photo with Kwadee and Lydia from the visit. Reactions from fans on social media were supportive of Kwaku's efforts to help.

One fan urged Kwaku to take Kwadee for further care, while another prayed for blessings for those helping him. There are concerns about why consistent care has been lacking for over a decade.

Kwadee's mother recently spoke about her son's struggles, attributing them partly to peer influence. Many wonder why he hasn't received proper support despite community love and concern.

Rumors suggest some relatives may be involved in his challenges.
