Many men suffer in silence for fear of being seen as weak – Tulenkey

Ghanaian musician Tulenkey, born Chief Osei Bonsu, has shared important thoughts. He believes many men suffer in silence. They fear being seen as weak if they speak out.

In an interview with Amansan Krakye, he discussed his new song "B33ma." He explained that society does not respect vulnerable men.

Tulenkey said, “My new song B33ma is for all men struggling.” Many men feel they cannot express their feelings because of societal expectations.

He added that men are often told they should not cry. This pressure leads to many suffering quietly without support.

“Most men want respect in society,” he noted. However, vulnerable men often lose this respect in their communities.
