Medikal addresses feud with Davido, emphasizes loyalty

Ghanaian rapper Medikal has clarified his fallout with Nigerian superstar Davido, highlighting the importance of loyalty.

Medikal explained that he ended a collaboration with Dammy Krane due to Davido’s request during the latter’s feud with Dammy. Medikal valued their friendship, as Davido often visited him in Ghana.

However, when Davido’s associate disrespected him in a song, Medikal sought Davido’s support but received the dismissive response, "the game is the game."

This response, Medikal said, revealed Davido’s lack of loyalty. Feeling betrayed, Medikal confronted Davido, which led to Davido unfollowing him. In turn, Medikal blocked Davido, stating it was about maintaining his principles.

"Loyalty means everything to me. If it’s not reciprocated, there’s no point," Medikal concluded.
