Medikal slams TV3, demands ban on his music over Sarkodie disrespect

Ghanaian rapper Medikal has lashed out at TV3, calling on the station to stop airing his music following what he described as blatant disrespect toward fellow artist Sarkodie.

The outburst comes after a panelist on one of TV3’s programmes reportedly claimed that Sarkodie’s music career is over—an assertion that sparked outrage among fans and industry players.

Taking to social media platform X, Medikal criticized the station for allowing such comments to go unchallenged, branding it as an insult to one of Ghana’s most successful rappers.

He made it clear that he wants no association with the media house moving forward.
