Ministry of Tourism holds stakeholders validation workshop to review National Cultural Policy

Ghana is updating its National Cultural Policy, originally from 2004, with support from UNESCO and the EU.

The modernization aims to address technological changes and societal needs while preserving Ghana’s cultural heritage.

Key goals include promoting creative industries, integrating cultural education, and enhancing cultural exchange.

The new policy will be unveiled later this year.
