Ghanaian gospel musician and preacher, Sonnie Badu, has advised women, especially Christians, to embrace their natural hair, cautioning that wigs could carry spiritual implications.
Speaking during a sermon at *RockHill Church*, he warned that many women wear wigs without knowing their origins.
"Some of you want real human hair, but do you know whose head that hair was on?" he questioned. He claimed that some wigs come from ritual sacrifices, particularly in India, where hair is offered to gods before being sold.
Sonnie Badu later reiterated his message on Facebook, urging women to pray over and cleanse any wigs they wear. He emphasized the importance of being spiritually conscious about everything they put on their bodies.
