Music pays more than being in politics - KK Fosu

Highlife musician KK Fosu claims music is more lucrative than being an MP.

Speaking on Accra 100.5 FM’s Akwaaba Show, he highlighted that musicians earn directly through royalties, unlike politicians, who rely on taxpayers.

He criticized politicians enriching themselves, contrasting this with genuine public service during Jerry Rawlings’ era.

KK Fosu encouraged his children to pursue music, calling it a family gift, and credited his father’s band, Happy Stars, as inspiration for his hit song Sudwe.

He revealed having three unreleased albums, urging fans to appreciate his craft, which he meticulously develops.

KK Fosu promised quality music, guided by divine direction.
