Nana Romeo sues Sally Mann and others for GHS 1 Million over defamation

Nana Romeo, a media personality with Accra FM, has filed a defamation lawsuit against Sally Mann and three others, seeking GHS 1 million in damages.

Co-defendants include XYZ Broadcasting (Power FM), Agyemang Prempeh, and Clement Asamoah.

The lawsuit stems from alleged defamatory remarks made by Sally Mann during a live *Power Entertainment* broadcast on December 14, 2024.

Nana Romeo’s legal team, led by Samuel Kissiedu ESQ, claims Sally accused him of being convicted for rape and described him as "weak-minded."

The writ demands a retraction, an unqualified apology, and compensation for damages. Nana Romeo asserts the allegations are false and have tarnished his reputation, prompting him to seek legal redress.
