Nigel Gaisie claims year-long fast secured Mahama’s victory

Prophet Nigel Gaisie, founder of the Prophetic Hill Chapel, has attributed President John Mahama's return to power and Ghana’s first female Vice President, Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, to his year-long fasting and prayers.

In a celebratory Facebook post, Gaisie revealed that he committed himself to intense spiritual intercession for Mahama’s victory, calling it the fulfillment of a prophecy he made eight years ago.

Despite facing ridicule and skepticism, he stood firm in his belief that Ghana would see a female vice president alongside Mahama.

Gaisie congratulated the new leaders and urged Ghanaians to recognize the spiritual battles behind political victories.

He called for prayers to guide the government in bringing transformation to the nation.
