Nigerian highlife musician Dr. Arube Otor plans to marry three women—Oghenekome, Ewoma, and Oghenekaro—on January 19 in Delta State.
Initially, he intended to marry four women, but one withdrew.
His foster son, Emperor Efih, shared that Arube’s decision stems from a previous marriage to two women, one of whom divorced him.
To cut costs, he opted for a group wedding.
Arube, a pioneer in Isoko highlife music with over 30 years of experience, began as a driver before forming his dance band 12 years ago.
He has since released over 10 albums and remains a prominent figure in the Delta music scene.
