Nana Agradaa and Husband Mock Empress Gifty After Court Summons

Controversial Ghanaian preacher Nana Agradaa and her husband reacted to a court summons. The writ was served in a GH₵ 20 million defamation case by gospel singer Empress Gifty. Agradaa's husband, Angel Asiamah, threw the writ on the floor.

In a new video, Agradaa and Asiamah are seen singing and dancing in their new car. This was their response to the legal issue. They appeared happy despite the situation.

On May 26, a court bailiff delivered the writ of summons to Agradaa. She was with her husband at that time. Asiamah expressed frustration by throwing the document on the ground.

After this incident, YEN.com.gh shared a video of them celebrating in their car. They sang along to music while Agradaa made mocking gestures at the camera. She seemed unbothered by the lawsuit.

Agradaa's reaction drew mixed responses from Ghanaians. Many admired her confidence despite facing legal troubles. However, the court case is expected to proceed soon.

Empress Gifty filed the lawsuit after Agradaa accused her of having affairs with pastors. Gifty is seeking GH₵ 20 million in damages for defamation.

Agradaa has responded with multiple videos targeting Gifty and her husband, Hopeson Adorye. She urged them to stop discussing the lawsuit online and ensure she is served personally.

The feud escalated after Adorye commented on Agradaa’s past controversies involving politician Sammy Gyamfi. Gyamfi had gifted Agradaa $800, which caused political backlash.

Adorye suggested that NDC supporters should confront Agradaa over this issue. This prompted Agradaa to involve Adorye's wife in their ongoing conflict.

Earlier reports highlighted how Nana Agradaa showcased her love for her husband through social media posts. She shared photos of Asiamah, expressing gratitude for his loyalty since their marriage in November 2023.
