One Artiste can’t take Ghana to the top –Edem

Rapper Edem believes that no single artist can elevate Ghana's music alone. He emphasizes the need for unity among Ghanaian artists.

In an interview on Daybreak Hitz, Edem highlighted the importance of support. He said artists should encourage and help each other as much as possible.

He pointed out how Nigerian musicians succeed by collaborating. Artists like Burna Boy, Wizkid, Davido, Rema, and Ayra Starr have all contributed to Nigeria's music success.

Edem stressed that relying on one person won't work for Ghana. Instead, he advocates for collaboration and mutual support among artists.

He also shared why he surprised fans at Stonebwoy's concert in Boston. It was only a four-hour drive from where he was.

"I was in the US for Grammy weekend," Edem explained. "Gambo and I performed at the Grammy pre-party."

After returning to Ghana in January, he planned to go back to the US in February. When he saw Stonebwoy's tour dates, he congratulated him and decided to attend a show.

Edem informed his team and US handler about his plans. They drove to the venue together. Stonebwoy was excited to see him, and they talked at his hotel afterward.
