School won't guarantee your success in life, I employ graduates - content creator Egungun

Popular content creator Egungun of Lagos has downplayed the importance of formal education, stating that a degree is not a guarantee for success.

Speaking with Daddy Freeze, he revealed that despite not having a degree himself, all his employees—including his chef, personal assistant, and videographer—are university graduates.

“School cannot guarantee success. My chef is a nutritionist with two degrees. My PA and videographer are also graduates,” he shared.

Egungun’s statement has sparked debates on the role of education in achieving success, with many agreeing that skills, determination, and opportunities play a bigger role.

While he acknowledges the value of education, he believes practical experience and hard work are more crucial in today’s world.
