Shatta Wale caused the downfall of 4X4 - CODED

Coded, a key member of the now-defunct music group 4X4, has attributed the group’s breakup to Shatta Wale.

Speaking in a recent interview, Coded explained that Shatta Wale’s dominance in the music industry brought intense competition that the group struggled to match.

"Shatta Wale set a standard we couldn’t keep up with as a group. The pressure led us to go solo, hoping to compete better individually," he revealed.

4X4, once a powerhouse in Ghana’s music scene, delivered multiple hits before going their separate ways. While the split disappointed fans, Coded emphasized that the decision was strategic rather than personal.
