Sonnie Badu chides gospel stars for missing Perez Musik’s wedding

Ghanaian gospel musician Perez Musik celebrated his wedding on November 23 in a serene beachside ceremony in Accra.

Despite its elegance and intimate setting, the event saw a surprisingly low turnout from gospel musicians, as noted by renowned artist Sonnie Badu.

Apart from Badu and Sisi Baidoo, no other gospel artists attended, leaving Perez visibly disappointed.

Badu emphasized the importance of supporting colleagues during such milestones and expressed gratitude for being present.

Perez, known for the hit “Hewale Lala,” continues to receive congratulations from fans and colleagues.

The lack of attendance, however, has sparked discussions about the level of camaraderie within Ghana’s gospel music community.
