Star chefs Marvin and Clifford honored at school after stellar win in Indomie challenge

Excitement filled Atomic Hills Basic 1 School and Asofan MA 1 School this week. Pupils and teachers welcomed back Marvin and Clifford, the star chefs from Big Chef Junior Season 4.

The visit was led by the show’s host, Michelle Agyekum. She visited the schools to celebrate their win. She also acknowledged the support from their school community.

At Atomic Hills Basic 1, students gathered at the assembly ground. They cheered as Marvin received a beautiful hamper from the show's sponsors.

“I am truly grateful for this,” Marvin said. “I will do more to make my school proud.” His teachers expressed pride in him, calling him hardworking and creative. They encouraged students to vote for Marvin as the competition continues.

Next, they moved to Asofan MA 1, where Clifford is a pupil. At his school, a brief ceremony honored him for his efforts. He received a package from the sponsors and a standing ovation from classmates.

The assistant headteacher praised Clifford's achievement as an inspiration. Clifford expressed gratitude saying, “I am very thankful for this package and your support.” He added that he has just started and there’s more to come.

Michelle engaged with students in a Q&A session during the celebration. She encouraged them to follow their passions and keep watching Big Chef Junior on Joy Prime.

The event ended with fun photos and greetings with Michelle Agyekum. Everyone talked about the winning dish: indomie coated sausage wrap.
