Stonebwoy congratulates King Promise on his 2025 TGMA Artiste of the Year win

Ghanaian artist Stonebwoy congratulated King Promise on his recent win.

He posted on X: "Congratulations @IamKingPromise on your win and debut entry into the league of AOTY winners. You're Welcome."

In 2024, Stonebwoy won the top award, competing against King Promise. The 2025 Telecel Ghana Music Awards became even more competitive with King Paluta involved.

This year, King Promise beat Stonebwoy, Joe Mettle, Black Sheriff, King Paluta, Team Eternity, and Kwaku Smoke for the coveted award.

In addition to Artiste of the Year, he won Afropop Song of the Year for 'Paris.' He also received Best Afrobeats/Afropop Artist of the Year and Album of the Year for 'True to Self.'

Stonebwoy won Best Reggae/Dancehall Artist of the Year. He also took home Reggae/Dancehall Song of the Year for 'Psalm 23' and Best Music Video.

Other winners included Ayisi, Empress Gifty, Kofi Kinaata, Esther Godwyll, Kweku Smoke, KiDi, Team Eternity Ghana, and Tulenkey.

The awards show featured top Ghanaian music stars. Glittering lights and elaborate stage designs created an unforgettable atmosphere. Fans cheered loudly for their favorite artists throughout the night.
