TGMAs 2025: Kinaata full of gratitude for 5th Songwriter trophy

Highlife star Kofi Kinaata is grateful for his 2025 Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMAs) trophy. He won the Songwriter of the Year award for the fifth time.

On Facebook, he wrote, “Truly humbled to be named Songwriter of the Year. Thank you to my fans, my amazing team, and Ghana Music Awards.” He also thanked the producers who help bring his songs to life.

Kinaata's latest award came from his new Highlife song titled "Saman." This song is part of his debut EP called "Kofi OO Kofi." "Saman" tells a story about a man believed to be dead who surprises his betraying friend.
