Veteran actor Mawuli Semevo receiving treatment after severe accident

Veteran actor Mawuli Yao Semevo is responding to treatment after suffering severe burns in a fire accident at his Adenta SSNIT Flats residence on Friday night.

According to Graphic Showbiz, the fire broke out in his living room, and after escaping, he collapsed. Neighbors rushed him to the hospital, where he is now receiving medical care.

Beyond Burns International, a non-profit supporting burn survivors, revealed that Semevo sustained burns on 44% of his body, affecting his respiratory system.

Veteran actress Edinam Atatsi has also appealed for financial support to aid his treatment at Ridge Hospital.
