Video – Hajia4Real reportedly landing in Accra today

A netizen claims that Mona Faiz Montrage, known as Hajia4Reall, is arriving in Accra today.

The netizen is currently at Kotoka International Airport. He plans to update Ghanaians about her arrival. In a video, dancers were seen waiting for Hajia4Reall.

Months ago, it was reported that a US court approved her deportation to Ghana. Hajia4Reall pleaded guilty to defrauding people and businesses in the US from 2013 to 2019. She was serving a 12-month sentence at the Federal Detention Center in Philadelphia.

Her legal team submitted a request on November 1, 2024. They argued that the document was needed for self-deportation proceedings. Prosecutors did not oppose this application.

US District Judge J. Paul Oetken approved the request. He directed that her passport be given to her lawyers. This ruling allows Hajia4Reall to return to Ghana after completing her sentence.

She received a prison term of one year and one day for involvement in a romance scam in June 2024. Hajia4Reall was arrested in the UK on November 11, 2022, during the Ghana Music Awards UK event. She was extradited to the US in May 2023.
