**Wayoosi and Oboy Siki Criticize Kwame Nkrumah Tikese**
Kumawood actors Wayoosi and Oboy Siki have criticized Kwame Nkrumah Tikese. They reacted to his comments about Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr. Frank Amoakohene.
In a video, Wayoosi defended Dr. Amoakohene's appointment. He stated that age does not determine intelligence or capability in leadership roles. Wayoosi emphasized the need to critique leaders based on their work, not their age.
He recalled a recent fire incident in Kumasi. Fire Service personnel complained about a lack of water during the emergency response. Wayoosi questioned if Tikese considered the grieving Adum PZ traders before making his remarks.
He asserted that Dr. Amoakohene was doing his job well. Wayoosi suggested that Tikese could have expressed his criticisms differently. He also claimed that Tikese’s harsh words would not lead to Dr. Amoakohene's dismissal by President John Dramani Mahama.
Oboy Siki joined the conversation, supporting Dr. Amoakohene's role as regional minister. He pointed out that many older ministers had been appointed in the past without success or approachability.
Oboy Siki also highlighted some controversial actions of previous ministers and questioned Tikese's silence during those times. He compared Dr. Amoakohene’s accomplishments favorably against those of Tikese.
Tikese had made negative comments about Dr. Amoakohene following a fire at Adum PZ market. He criticized the minister for reprimanding Fire Service personnel for arriving without water and referred to him as a "small boy."
Social media users reacted to Wayoosi and Oboy Siki’s criticism of Tikese with mixed responses. Some expressed pain over how youth are often looked down upon, while others found humor in Oboy Siki’s remarks.
Earlier, the Ghana National Fire Service apologized to Dr. Frank Amoakohene for their personnel's comments regarding the incident at Adum PZ market.
