We scheduled two dates for ‘Makoma’ video shoot but Sarkodie did not show up - Yaw Skyface

Renowned music video director Yaw Skyface has disclosed that Sarkodie, one of Ghana's top musicians, failed to show up on two occasions for the shooting of the "Makoma" music video.

Speaking on Hitz FM with DJ Slim, Yaw Skyface expressed disappointment over the situation, explaining how preparations were made, yet Sarkodie was absent both times.

He emphasized the importance of commitment and collaboration in creating outstanding visuals for music projects.

Skyface, known for directing top-notch videos in Ghana, acknowledged that delays like this affect productivity and can create tension between artistes and creatives in the industry.

Despite the setback, the director remains optimistic about future opportunities to work with Sarkodie and hopes for better coordination in upcoming projects.
