Generation Beta, the successor to Generation Alpha (2010–2024), begins January 1, 2025, encompassing those born until 2039. Predicted to make up 16% of the global population by 2035, many in this group may witness the 22nd century. The naming convention follows the Greek alphabet, marking a new historical era.
Dubbed "Beta babies," this generation will grow up in a world deeply integrated with advanced technology. Autonomous transportation, wearable health tech, and immersive virtual environments are expected to become standard. Unlike Generation Alpha, which saw the rise of AI and smart technology, Generation Beta will experience a future where AI and automation are fully embedded across education, workplaces, healthcare, and entertainment.
